感謝您選擇 Pillota Casa x Albe 聯合推出的限量手作產品！我們的所有商品均採用歐洲進口布料為主體材料(輔料如扣環配件、線材、部分襯裡均來自不同供應商)，每一款產品都是精心設計規劃,在數量有限的材料中透過裁縫老匠手工製作，充滿永續與創意精神。為確保交易順利，以下為我們的退貨與退款政策，符合台灣《消費者保護法》及相關規定。
1. 訂單與付款方式
- 本店採用先付款後製作/出貨方式。下單即視為確認訂購商品規格、尺寸與細節。
- 商品為限量手工製作，數量有限賣完為止; 因材料數量的限制, 限量商品無法大量生產或重複上架。
2. 不適用七天猶豫期（鑑賞期）
- 根據《消費者保護法》第19條及《通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則》第2條規定，本店商品屬於「依消費者要求所為之客製化給付」及「限量手工製作」性質（例如使用特定庫存布料、手工縫製之托特包、抱枕、家居生活織品等獨特單品），經事先告知，不適用七天無條件退貨（猶豫期）規定。

3. 瑕疵品或與訂單不符之退換貨

- 請於收貨後3日內（以簽收日為起算）拍照並私訊聯絡我們，提供瑕疵證明。
- 經確認屬實，我們將免費為您維修、更換相同/相似商品（視庫存而定），或全額退款（全額退款的情況下需要客戶自付退回瑕疵商品,我方確認收貨後履行退款）。
- 商品需保持完整未使用狀態（含原包裝、標籤），若已使用或人為損壞，恕無法受理。
4. 退款處理
- 符合退款條件者，我們將於確認收貨後7-14個工作天內退款至原付款方式。

Thank you for choosing the limited handmade products jointly launched by Pillota Casa x Albe! All our items are primarily made from imported European fabrics (with auxiliary materials such as buckles, hardware, threads, and some linings sourced from various suppliers). Each piece is meticulously designed and planned, handcrafted by experienced seamsters using limited quantities of materials, embodying a spirit of sustainability and creativity. To ensure smooth transactions, the following is our return and refund policy, in compliance with Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act and related regulations.
1. Order and Payment Method
- Our store operates on a pre-payment basis before production/shipping. Placing an order confirms the product specifications, dimensions, and details.
- Products are limited handmade editions with finite stock—sold out means gone forever. Due to material constraints, limited items cannot be mass-produced or restocked.
2. No Seven-Day Hesitation Period (Appreciation Period)
- In accordance with Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act and Article 2 of the Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Mail-Order Transactions, our products fall under "customized services provided at the consumer's request" and "limited handmade production" (e.g., unique items like tote bags, cushions, and home textiles sewn by hand from specific stock fabrics). With prior notice, the seven-day unconditional return (hesitation period) does not apply.
- Before ordering, please carefully review the product description, dimensions, materials, and reference images. If you have any questions, feel free to DM us—we're happy to provide more details or additional photos to help you decide!
- Once payment is made, it is deemed acceptance of this policy. We do not accept unconditional returns simply due to "change of mind" or "not matching imagination."
3. Returns/Exchanges for Defective Items or Non-Conforming Orders
- If the product has obvious defects (e.g., sewing flaws, severe fabric damage) or significantly differs from the order description (beyond normal variations like screen color differences), we offer the following protection:
- Please take photos and contact us via DM within 3 days of receipt (starting from the signing date), providing proof of the defect.
- Upon verification, we will repair for free, replace with the same/similar item (subject to stock availability), or issue a full refund (in cases of full refund, the customer covers return shipping costs; we will process the refund after receiving and confirming the defective item).
- The product must remain in complete, unused condition (including original packaging and tags). If it has been used or damaged by the customer, we regretfully cannot process the request.
4. Refund Processing
- For qualifying refunds, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after confirming receipt.
- Delays due to logistics or force majeure may occur—thank you for your understanding.
